About a hundred ( translate 25 ) years ago , I was a police officer. I love/loved police work . Think public servant  . It was never about arresting people, but helping people. So I think being a concierge is  a perfect marriage of what I used to do, loved doing and what these hectic times call for  .  Now I can be a public servant of sorts, but with the interesting moniker concierge and without the weight of a gun and vest .

I have seen a surge in people in  time squeezes , desperately needing a helping hand in recent years. Commutes are long, work hours longer, and families are busier than ever with scheduled sports, clubs, etc. I was there myself.

In 2003 I decided to start a concierge service .  It took a lot of investigating on how to start, where to start ; but clearly, I was determined  as I was absolutely passionate about the concept . I joined chambers, groups and associations to see how other business owners operate and determine how I would fit my service into the communities. In 2005, I became an LLC. I also quit my day job as I felt like my clients were getting the short end of the stick.

Now , I have a small team of helpers to assist in servicing you to the utmost. We have expertise in many arenas and most importantly, we want you to be thrilled with our service and recommend us to your friends and colleagues.
